What you won't find here

You will not find a church that is ready made to fill your every religious need.

You will find a place where you can serve.

You will not find many programs here. 

You will encounter people trying their best to grow in faith, hope and love.

You will not  hear a bunch of stuff about how Jesus is going to make you healthy, wealthy or outrageously happy. 

You will hear of what God has done and is doing for you and the world and a few things about how to be a practicing human being, which is all God ever wanted in the first place.

What you will find here

We are rather ordinary people who have been given the grace of Jesus' life, death and resurrection, called by the Spirit in our baptism and sent out to share the gospel of God.

Beyond that, we're pretty boring.

We are generally fun loving and friendly. We do have some crabby people too, but we let them out only once in a while. (Just kidding.) We love children and tend to make a big fuss about them. We also love older folks and we try to spoil them too.

So be aware of that.

You will be welcomed here no matter how much money you have, or the color of your skin or your politics, or anything else you think might matter.

Don't worry, you're qualified.

This is a church, after all.
